Ghost Bikes are memorials that have been set up all over New York City on the sites where cyclists and pedestrians have been killed on the streets. On Sunday March 13th, cyclists from all over the city converged at Borough Hall in Brooklyn to hold a memorial service. Before arriving, the cyclists took part in inter-borough bike tours stopping along the way at memorials of those who were killed this year. Upon arriving at Borough Hall, a new memorial was placed along Joralemon Street to honor all the unknown cyclists and pedestrians.
